Our steel roof systems are cost effective and look great. They are an eye-catching option for commercial, industrial, institutional and light commercial buildings. There are a large selection of metal roofs to select from so we can find an option that works well with your design and budget.
Gravel and Tar
These roofs are well suited to low slope or “built up” roofs where many roofing materials like shingles or metal may be inappropriate. These roofs are composed of laminated layers of tar paper fastened to the sub-roof and then covered with gravel. They are flexible and UV resistant. To be replaced the old tar and gravel must be removed which can be difficult and professional help is recommended.
Single Ply TPO
Single ply roofing is made in flexible sheets of thermo set materials. When it is installed the seams are chemically and heat sealed. Single ply systems can be painted to be attractive and energy and cost effective. They are made of recyclable materials so your building can go” green”.
